Third party applications
All of our hosting plans include a program called Fantastico, which lets you easily install many third party applications like blogging, forum and gallery software. (Note: while installation is easy, each of these applications has it's own setup requirements and range in difficulty level from easy to advanced. Some are also "lite" versions without the full set of features provided by the full version.) Since these are third party applications, we do not directly support them... but they still come in handy!
Server details (for the geekier types)
We utilize privately owned servers, storage and networking equipment within Time Warner Telecom and LightPoint Communications' state of the art datacenters in Portland, Oregon.
Our hosting is provided on fully managed virtual private servers, utilizing two independent datacenters. We have multi-homed gigabit ethernet tier-1 connectivity with Dell PowerEdge servers and SAS-15K / RAID 10 Based storage. Our server runs Linux and the latest version of cPanel, MySQL and PHP.
