Website Project Payment Plans

In an attempt to make Web design services more affordable, we are now offering monthly payment plans for website design services. These plans are available by application only—subject to approval and valid credit card information—and are not intended for use with accumulated invoices, hosting, or other services.

A payment plan lets you spread the cost of a website development project over 2, 4, or 6 months, and lets you avoid looking for corners to cut on your project. These plans are interest free but do include a monthly administration and extension fee with each payment.

The plans below assume a project cost of $900, but the size of the monthly payment would of course depend on your actual project costs.

Total project cost: $900
50% deposit: $450 (due with contract)
Remaining balance: $450
 A  B  C
length of plan: 2 months  4 months  6 months
monthly fee: $10  $15  $20
monthly principal: $225  $112.50  $75
total monthly payment: $235  $127.50  $95

So, for the more mathematically inclined folks...
monthly payment = remaining balance / length of plan + monthly fee.

The first monthly payment would be billed automatically, 30 days after the contract is signed and initial 50% deposit is paid.

The Fine Print

Payment plans are only available for websites hosted on Web Maestro servers. The amount to be paid in installments does not include the 50% deposit required at project initiation, and covers only the design and development of a website—hosting, domain name registration—other services are invoiced based on direct use. All payment plans must be secured with a valid Visa or MasterCard. Late payments will incur a 15% late fee. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension of the website until payment is received and current.

Payment Details

Payment plans require a valid credit or debit card or an electronic bank payment. You can submit your payment information by phone or by sending us a completed payment authorization form.

NOTE: If payments are not received on time (for example, if your card expires or doesn't have available funds) your website may be suspended until payment is made.
