Website Makeovers & Maintenance
Are you afraid to tell people about your website because you don't want them to see it? Let us fix that for you! We will work with you to make sure your website works just as hard for you as you would expect an employee to. Let us make your website something you want to brag about!
There are many reasons why a website might need a complete makeover. Here's a few of them:
- The last time you updated your website was 1996.
- Your last web designer is now the ambassador to China and doesn't do web work anymore.
- Every time you visit your current website you get a headache.
- You just realized that 95% of your target market is color blind and your website has green text on a red background.
- It's just time.
Whatever the reason might be, we can help make it better. Stop losing sleep over your website and give us a call!
Ongoing Maintenance
There are several different ways you can be given the ability to update your website, without having to learn HTML, CSS, and other technical things. However, depending on your budget and the amount of time you want to spend on it... you may prefer letting someone else keep your website looking fresh and new.
It doesn't matter if we built your website or not, in just about all cases we can help you keep your website up to date. Many of our clients have gotten into the habit of emailing quick changes to us. Whether you prefer email, faxing, old fashioned snail-mail, or even dropping it off in person, we'll be happy to help.
What You Will Need
For either a complete makeover or simple ongoing maintenance, we'll need to have access to your current website. Some hosting accounts have a control panel, and most have an FTP (file transfer protocol) login. Please check your records or request this information from your hosting provider.
If you want to switch hosting providers, or otherwise move your website, login access to your domain name registrar will be required. (For example, Network Solutions or GoDaddy.) This account is where we can either point your name to a new hosting account or transfer the name itself.
